Which production companies are in PACT?
It is important to know whether or not the production company you are working for is a member of PACT.
The larger commissioners such as Netflix or Apple are not members of PACT but the production companies they engage to create content may be.
PACT members must adhere to the TV Drama agreement if the content they are creating fulfils the criteria set out in sectioion A2 - "Scope"

Budget Bands
Always check the band, make sure its in the deal memo you recieve.
Read Your Contract!
Under the new agreement you only have 48 hours to contest or reject a clause in your contract.
Ready to start
"ensure that the worker...."
It is you, not the department that must be ready to start work at your call time.
Overtime
Contracted hours start at your individual call time and OT starts 10 or 11 hours after.
Must be pre-approved, get it in writing!
Enhanced OT
Overtime after 11pm is paid at 2T
Does not constitute Night Work, so must be paid, not given back.
Bank Holidays
On all bands BHs are paid at 2T if you work them.
On band 4 BHs are paid at T1 if you dont.
